Rob is an amazing real estate agent and in order to fully understand why I say that, you must first know the situation behind my move. I was living in Massachusetts and got a job in Charlottesville, VA. I had planned on renting a place there and did all the research weeks ahead of time. However, after doing the math and factoring in the time I would be away for deployments, it made the most sense to buy. By this point, it was a Monday and I was leaving Saturday for a one day, one time trip to Virginia before I moved. After contacting Veterans United and getting preapproved, they recommended Rob. However, it was already Wednesday and I was heading down Saturday. I spoke with Rob on the phone and explained to him my situation. Basically he had about 2 to 3 days to find me my dream home. No pressure! We went back and forth sending each other listings and figuring out what would work best. Even on the drive down he was texting my mom to make sure that we got to visit every house we wanted, a total of 10 houses in one day. It was an extremely long Saturday and Rob was with us and in good spirits the entire time. He answered any and all questions that we had and was very knowledgeable about property issues that I would have never even thought of. Finally, we found the house that I wanted and signed all the paperwork. Rob was with me every step of the way going back and forth between myself and the seller. It was hard to do on my end because I was over 500 miles away. But Rob took care of everything and reassured me when I was having doubts! Even when there was issues with the HOA, Rob went to the county clerk to pull up original plot paperwork. Every step of the way Rob was with me and made me feel like I was not alone in this process, especially since this was the first time I was buying a home. Any questions I had, no matter the time of day, Rob was there to answer. I could not have asked for a better realtor especially when it comes to relocating. Rob is an amazing realtor and an even more amazing person that I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home!
